The Northeast Competition Cheer Squad competed at the Iowa Cheer Coaches Association State Championships on Saturday, November 2nd at the Iowa State Fairground in Des Moines. They competed in the "Game Time Spirit" division, where they performed a chant, cheer and school song- similar to what they would do in a game day situation. They placed 8th out of 25 2A teams! Participants in this division were: Olivia Johnson, Verayna Johnson, Kadence Petersen, Annalise Wosoba, Alayna Landon, Kara Schoenle, Madison Marweg, Zakaria Estes and Emmersyn Benevides.
