The Transportation Department coordinates the safe transport of our students to and from school and related activities.
BUS VIDEO CAMERAS
The Northeast Board of Education authorizes use of video cameras on our school buses. The cameras are used to monitor student behavior to maintain order on the buses and to promote and maintain a safe environment. Students and parents are hereby notified that the content of the videos may be used in student disciplinary proceedings. The content of the videos are confidential and will be retained with other student records. Video tapes will only be retained if necessary for use in a student disciplinary proceeding or other matters as determined necessary by the administration. Parents may request to view the videos if their child is involved in a disciplinary proceeding.
